Warranty Information

Please note, IsoLux offers the following warranties on our products:

  • All IsoLux surgical headlights are under warranty for five (5) years from the date of purchase. This applies to the light itself and not components or accessories (like eyewear or headwear). 
  • Battery packs that power the headlights are under warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase. 
  • If you’ve purchased a surgical headlight camera, the camera is under warranty from its manufacturer (Futudent) for two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Refund/Returns Overview

We offer refunds on our products for 30 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please send a copy of your payment receipt with the unit(s). Items returned without proof of purchase may be denied for refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


If you’ve received a defective product, we will gladly repair it for you. Please contact us at for repairs and our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including where to send the defective product.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs of items returned to us for repair or refund are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning a product, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
